Good to see you are back on Paddlewise, Steve. A little unfinished business remains from 3 weeks ago. I don't know if you received my questions originally so I'll ask them here again. If you don't have that information could you tell me the model and color of his kayak so I might use that information to try to contact him (assuming this was someone in Oregon where we have a relatively limited number of customers)? He would be the first person I am aware of to have this happen in one of our kayaks and I would like to know more details about it. Could you also tell me how he recovered from this situation? I'd also like to know approximately when this happened (within a few years) and where? Would you also go into more details about the conditions at the time and what lead up to it happening?
