While on a multiday trip, dry when possible, and rinse in water, fresh if
you've got it, every other day or so.  They will stink up pretty bad if you
don't clean the body detritus (dead skin, etc.) off the inside periodically.

On return to home, or in camp between multiday uses, use Sink the Stink (or
similar) to remove residual traces of body detritus, and allow to air dry.
STS is available in paddleshops, dive shops, and similar.

Store in cool, dark place, dry, when not used for several weeks.
