[Paddlewise] NOAA Charts on-line

Last winter or fall, the ability of the public to call up NOAA charts on the NOAA 
website  was terminated, as were satellite views of places looked up 
on Map-Quest. 

Does anyone know of any sites where NOAA charts can still be viewed 
on-line?
