I own two Snapdragon sprayskirts that I use on a Valley Aquila. Both seal tightly at the cockpit rim. At the waist one has a nylon tunnel with a wide neoprene and velcro belt at the top. The other is all neoprene. They appear to be equally effective in keeping water out of the boat during rolling, rescue and bracing practice. I prefer the nylon tunnel/neoprene belt version for trips.
