Sorry about that. Just wanted to point out that the judicial system screws
up the big stuff so why not the little stuff too?

I suspect that along with malicious prosecutors we also get malicious and
frivolous plaintiffs. In any case it still takes time and money to respond -
well, at least my lawyer tells me it does. Hopefully Peter Treby will offer
to handle all my legal work pro bono. :)

True enough but at what cost and after how long.? I did not mean to imply
that the courst never undo mistakes. Sometimes they do. I suspect they make
even more mistakes when they have to rule on things they know very little
about.

Maybe a lot of things. Got tired of paddling, moved to the desert, moved up
to a newer boat, wife left him, husband left her, some one stole the roof
racks, twins, etc.etc. etc.

Possibly, but from my experience I suspect they just like to grab more
market share. It actually costs money to keep a poor selling boat on the
market. The builders I know dump them quickly and get on with something they
think will sell better. poor designs (for whatever reason) don't usually
last long on the marketplace (OK, some do but not a lot).

I wouldn't. I would look or the best boat for my needs at the best price
regardless of the company's age, race, religion, or political opinions. ;)

Cheers
