In the case under consideration what questions of fact did you find and how did you determnine their importance or lack of importance. You also mention "points of similarity". How many points constitute a copy? What tolerance does each point have? Do you mean global points (i.e. the overall shape) or specific points on a surface? Do you include form coefficients? I believe Matt mentioned three points that he felt proved the builder had copied the Max: What points would you use to establish that the builder did not copy the Max?
