Try searching google for "Center for adaptive paddling". I believe they're in Colorado. They may be able to point you to some resources in your country. We have a guy in our club whose left arm ends at the elbow, and he can roll! He wears a sling device that clamps onto the paddle where his hand would be. Good luck and good paddling!
