Sometimes I seem to miss something. Perhaps that is a drawback of getting the digest where everything is all in one message and one scans down it pretty quickly.. In any case, I cannot recall anyone commenting on why paddles could not be tested in a tank. I recall comments that they couldn't and something to the effect that the stroke could not be duplicated but no reasons why not. Sorry if I missed it and if I did will some one forward it to me?
