Dear Paddlewisers, From Nov 12 thru the 19th my wife and I will be vacationing in Carlsbad, CA. We would like to rent kayaks and do a little paddling. I am looking for recommendations of outfitters and/or tour companies in that area. Bill, You can rent boats from Aqua-Adventures in San Diego. They are a great outfitter. I would suggest a wet suit. Water temps right now are probably around 60 deg and will be in the mid to high 50's by the end of the month. Aqua-Adventures out of San Diego are good. Several of their instructors are BCU trained.
