[Paddlewise] Maui Kayak Tours?

I'll be roughing it on Maui the first two week of January with my wife. 
  I hope to do a an easy kayak/snorkle trip with her. As you might 
expect there are a number of outfitters.  I'm leaning towards these

If anyone knows any outfitters that offer something in less barge-like 
boats that most outfitters need to use  I can probably manage a solo 
trip, leaving her on the beach. ;-)

If anyone else has any suggestions, experiences or other thoughts I'm 
all ears(eyes...).
