After reading posts here, I recently bought a Pentax Optio 43WR which is waterproof (JIS-7). It is not designed to be used underwater, but can be submersed. I am very happy with the results and found it on Amazon from Digitalbuy for $290. While that is quite a bit more than your find, it is a nice, small package and 4MP. I also have an Olympus 3030 (3MP) with a waterproof case like you are considering. Mine is much larger than the one you are looking at, and it was so bulky, I didn't like carrying it. 3PM is an adequate resolution. The good part about those waterproof cases, is they can be used underwater which is nice at a pool session or when I went to Hawaii. I can't speak to the quality of that brand camera, since I have never heard of it before. I suggest you go to some photograpy websites/newsgroups and see what they say about it. So the bottom line is, decide if the camera and case will be small enough for you, and if the camera is sufficient quality.
