Don't worry about that.   Selling personal property has always been 
permitted.  As long you're not a commercial enterprise attempting to use 
the list to make a profit announcing boats or gear for sale is okay.

On the other hand, some of us don't care if a kayak is real pretty as long 
as it still performs well and the price is reasonable.
