I'm new to kayaking (my wife and I bought two last fall) so I don't know 
much about carts.  I do know that I am interested in building a couple 
for myself though.

I'm a manufacturer that fabricates with PVC, polyethylene, nylon, etc.  
If there is enough interest, I'd consider building a batch of them.
