[Paddlewise] Paddling _at_ Cabo San Lucas

I'm taking my wife (or, more accurately, she is taking me) to Cabo San 
Lucas , Mexico on Valentine's Day.

I'm looking for recommendations for kayak outfitters.  All help appreciated.
