I think there's no problem with posting such a solicitation for any group that gets kids kayaking. But I think the religious or political affiliation, if any, should be identified. Personally, I'd feel a bit conned if I gave a donation of cash or kayak gear to an organisation and only learned after the fact that it had a religious agenda. Ibd rather support organisations that let kids of any denomination or of none partake of the joys of paddling. Other Paddlewisers may well feel differently, but we all should have all the facts so that our decision to donate or not to donate to a particular group is informed consent.
