G'Day Gordin, I wouldn't say they were all that popular in NSW Australia - most people I see are using home made ones, or buy Ski or Galasport. Both good paddles: the Ski is a cheap and cheerful fibreglass, the Galasport (made in S.America I think) is a relatively cheap carbon paddle and superbly light and strong. Sorry haven't seen Diago paddles over here though their web page says handcrafted in Australia. Seems like a lot of money for a fibreglass paddle. Though heaven knows our balance of payments could do with some help! All the best, PeterO (Sydney, Australia) *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
