Unfortunately this seems to have become a common occurance for the 
Sweetwater symposium.  When I attended a couple of years ago most of the 
on-water programs ended up getting cancelled near the end of the weekend 
although it was nice to see that the rescues session still took place and 
that the weather actually provided more realistic conditions for practicing 
the self/assisted rescues.  I believe I did the 3 star BCU training with 
you (and Steve Maynard) and the wind was just started to blow pretty good 
during our assessment.
