Well stated.
Sadly the Maine Fish and Game dept. is totally self supporting. By means of
fees and licenses. It actualy is a revenue generator. Thus the Governor's
inspiration to sqeeze more dosh form it while ignoring that we are one of
the highest taxed states in the union and 1 of 4 Mainers is on welfare. (pop
aprox 1million) And spending is so liberal out of staters know to move to
Maine to seek Govt funded social services.
