[Paddlewise] New Waterproof Digital Camera

I have the previous model: Pentax 43WR which is JIS 7 but not designed for
underwater use. It fits easily in a PFD pocket but I normally keep it in a
Pelican case on the front deck, the same one I use for my GPS.

You can see pictures taken by it at _www.baykayaking.com_
(http://www.baykayaking.com) . I have had problems with camera shake and downloaded some
comments from the review board posted earlier that I will try. I think they are
mostly a problem when using the flash.

This camera uses two standard AA batteries and I have never used up my
rechargeables on a trip, but I have not taken it on a multi-day trip having
received it this last Christmas.

I have a dive case for my Olympus 3030 so I don't personally see upgrading
to underwater capability.
