[Paddlewise] Sospenders PFD

Hi,

Has anyone here used Sospenders or some other brand of inflatable PFD?  Are
they a lot more comfortable than a regular PFD? Pros and Cons? I'm thinking
I might like to buy one to replace my current PFD.
