I was paddling this weekend a demo of Ally 560 folding sea kayak by Bergans of Norway - a less known folder, interesting unusual design, fast kayak (18'4" x 23") comparable perhaps only with Feathercraft Katsalano. I can compare her directly to my old Feathercraft K1. I've posted a few pictures from my test paddling and will write some comments sometime during this week. http://users.frii.com/uliasz/wayfarer/solo.htm#ally033105 I also paddled my 5 mile virtual race this morning before packing the kayak and shipping back to a dealer. It was rather a fast cruising pace than racing. http://users.frii.com/uliasz/wayfarer/virtual_race.htm Marek *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). If so could you include some detail on assembly times? All the best, PeterO *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
