His buddy on shore says things about the cold water will never get him (the victim). Outdoors writers are the only people that can talk to these boaters--but it doesn't happen! The kayakers get it----the rest of the general public boaters DON'T! But there is no sign of him. David Youmans and his friend were in a canoe fishing yesterday afternoon. Police say the canoe tipped over sending both men into the frigid cold water, where even the best of swimmers can lose muscle control in minutes.
