[Paddlewise] Radar reflector study results.

I don't remember seeing this on Paddlewise before, but I found this 
looking for info on radar reflectors for sea kayaks.

It's interesting that wearing a reflector hat will both make you most 
visible and protect you from alien rays :-)

It's also interesting that at 1/8 nm, it doesn't matter whether you 
have a reflector or not, your radar visibility is the same.  At 1/2 
nm, the reflectors are significantly better.  Beyond 1/2 nm, you 
quickly become invisible no matter what.
