[Paddlewise] The Jalbert

	Thanks Matt, Bob  for your input on the Jalbert.  It seems the name is now
used as a generic term  in the UK and the US for the type of rectangular open
cell parafoil now commonly available around the world.
	So in fact I have been using a 'Jalbert' for some years now without realising
it!!  But I am going to experiment with using a removable/folding or
telescoping spar along the leading edge of the cells which may help launch the
kite.
