Hi Steve, I've not used this particular product, but do use DeLorme XMap with topo and satellite datasets. I can't comment on your particular issue, therefore, but I can suggest that you try the online forum for TOPO USA: http://forum.delorme.com/index.php?c=12 or even search the support site: http://www.delorme.com/support There is a tech support number (207) 846-8900 . I've only spoken to folks there a couple of times but in each case they seemed particularly lucid. Good luck!
