Glad you came through okay. Wow, your almost a stitch-and-glue kayaker now! 
Sorry, black humour. I've heard it takes a number of months, taking longer 
the older one is. Stents are easier to heal from (a week or two maximum, but 
they just clog up again). Obey your Doctors!!!!! Be good. None of that 
paddlewiser irascibility if things take a while to heal, eh!
