[Paddlewise] Secondary stability?

Matt, if you are asking if I trust my memory I have to say, "Maybe".

I wrote to a friend who has been around Canadian paddling longer than me and 
he said he could not recall when he heard it first but he thought it was in 
conjunction with  Sawyer Canoes in some way.

I rarely keep any magazines or other stuff so I can't be of much help. I do 
keep all my old design books and you won't find anything about secondary 
stability in them.
