Does anyone here have an opinion as to which of the books on knot tying
is really a great book...

This is something I would like to get my kids, ages 11-15, as a fun
learning tool.

I have found many pretty good books...but not one that I think is truly
a superior item.

One of the things I find most lacking in knot books that I already own
is a true description of the real utility of each of the knots it
describes...ie
one book I bought for my helpers at work has a lot of great fun knots to
tie, but one of the guys, an accomplished climber, says of it is full of
great knots that are largely useless. :)

Thanks...

There is only one book about knots worthy of being called superior:
"Ashley Book of Knots"
