In Ontario, legislation is in process that will put a "boating under the influence" on your driving record and you can lose your driver's license accordingly. As far as a boom-box boat goes, I pity the poor sea critters. Bad enough their environment is made excessively noisy by humans, but to let these louts do to the water what they already do to cities is a crime.
