In Vancouver you should stop by the store next door - they have them for $5
or 6 (second-hand). The place is called "Sport Junkies". A lot of bicycles
too.

Synthetic logh-sleeved T-shirts cost USD 12 or so, breathable, fast-drying.
They don't have zippers; you may also get fancier long or short-sleeved
outdoor shirts with zippers in stores like MEC or REI (like those bicycle
shirts); or get some some old synthetic dress shirt -  just tear the collar
away.
