Ah ha! Therein lies the problem. The thread to which I responded was neither of those. It was "Waterproof Music". I select what I read, (and therefore respond to), by thread, (by which I mean subject line). In addition I was on a two week trip in the BWCA until the middle of this week. I don't read every message that comes through this or any other list to which I subscribe. Is there a better way to sort or cull by thread, especially in cases where the subject line is altered along the way, (I use a pop mail client)?
