What I found that works great is Desitin ointment. It's made for diaper rash, which is similar to what wetsuit rash is. Works great. Put it on BEFORE you paddle in the spots where you get the rash, and it will greatly diminish what you get , or prevent it altogether. Works good after you already have it, too.
