Hi All,
I'm not going to defend the Seaward rudder system, except to say that it
available in parts, tracks and pedals, rudder, and a control package of
lines, each part available separately and easy to retrofit.
However, I will correct a serious misconception. The flat spot on the
foredeck is for mounting a compass. It was never designed as a sail
mount.
