1. Kneel next to boat.
2. Clean off an area on the deck  about 4" across.
3. Apply lips to the plastic.
4. Kiss your boat goodbye.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Some Dagger models can be plastic welded, if you 
can find someone local to do it. Most likely, though, if it's cracking 
like that the plastic is old and has gotten brittle. Even if you get it 
fixed, it would be a good idea to stay off demanding water with it.

What model is it? How old? Does the color look faded?
