[Paddlewise] Date order of posts in the Digest is all messed up.

Date order of posts in the Digest is all messed up. Answers often come
before the original post. The post I sent 9/20 finally came out after
several responses to it in the 9/24 digest. There were 4 interim digests
that went by before it appeared. I have seen several other instances of the
same problem lately. This is very confusing for those on the digest. Does
this have something to do with the problems recently experienced by
Paddlewise?
