The Fall 2006 issue of WaveLength Magazine is now available FREE at
WavelengthMagazine.com <http://www.wavelengthmagazine.com/> .

In this annual feature issue we look at some of the great WINTER GETAWAYS
that await if you go south with the birds. And we look at bird migration
too, just to get you in the mood. But if long flights south don't interest
you, how about a winter getaway closer to home, or a training regimen for
the off-season? We also offer some GREAT GIFT ideas to help you as we get
closer to that 'special' time of year. . . .

There are some BIG CHANGES happening at WaveLength. Founding Editor Alan
Wilson is retiring as of this issue (issue #93) and wishes to thank
everyone in the industry and all WaveLength readers for their support over the
past fifteen and a half years. Although he's stepping down as Editor, he'll
continue to contribute his column. See the editorial in the issue for
some specific thank you's.

Current Assistant Editor, Diana Mumford and her husband Ron will be
directing the magazine from here on. The usual December issue is being
postponed till January in the transition to a new quarterly schedule.
Their first issue deadline is Dec. 1, 2006. The topic of
the issue will be Cruising With Kayaks.
