They can be found in many online boat supply stores in amongst the marine radio antenna installation goodies, and come in several sizes. What it looks like is a rubber beaker stopper with a plastic taper compressor cover. You drilI holes in the stopper appropriate for the wire size, cut a slice from hole to outer edge, insert wires, and clamp it down. I got the smallest one offered... They are a little expensive, but are well made and look like they would be a very reliable seal. But I haven't put the parts together so can't report anything. Please check it out...
