Let's ban fences around swimming pools. I said earlier, it only 
takes 20 seconds to drown a kid.

I also noted earlier that this is clearly a shoot the messenger topic.
That second sentence in my original post is clearly invisible to 
some of you. You are wasting your ammunition blasting away at 
me. I conclude you just prefer to remain ignorant of what the law 
makers are doing! Dream worlds are blissful places.
