Derek, Put a piece of clear Scotch tape over the spot where you want the hole. Then start the drill bit very slowly in reverse to get it started. Once you have a start, drill with the drill in forward speed slowly. Let the weight of the drill do the work, do not push it. The scotch tape, starting in reverse, and then drilling slowly will all serve to make a very clean hole.
