Any decent lumber yard should have CVG cedar, albeit at a premium.  Home
Depot is not a decent lumber source.  There are four different independent
lumber outfits out here in this small population Oregon county, and they
all have CVG western red cedar.  I suspect that is a regional preference, 
though, Craig, because we use the stuff to restore old houses.
