I guess you could find one of the many "hot springs" scattered around 
the world and go for a paddle amongst the bathers.

You could tour the world, hit a whole bunch of them and apply to the 
Guinness Book of Records.

Otherwise, it's going to one hell of a pot to get the kayak inside!
