That particular pump is not very efficient (I've seen it in the marine shops on its own). To make up for the power required, it seems they've had to provide substantial battery power (3.xAH NiMH vs 2.2AH that I use). That in turn makes for a more expensive rig. Better pumps are available. The smaller Attwoods still remain the least power demanding on the market.
