I have the w20 (just got it...) and it is a nice camera - the shake 
reduction is not the same as image stabilization - basically what it 
does is to crank the ISO sensitivity up higher if needed.

The w30 looks like a small but nice improvement. I have had the 
original 33WR for several years and have been very pleased with its 
use as a paddling camera. It has rolled with me and been in the surf 
several times.
