Thanks for the link Mark. I doubt there will ever be another Steve Sinclair. One in a million - make that one in a billion. I think it was Outside Magazine maybe that ran a article on him a few years back. I'll never forget the description the writer gave of Steve out in deep water/enormous swell/big seas, pulling alongside an open-water sailing vessel and the reaction of the skipper when Steve screamed "Hello!" Well, I've been having fun in the ER again, battling post-surgery fibrillation. Feels like one long storm some days. Just gotta remember my main motto for getting through rough water - relax those butt cheeks, don't panic, and stay positive - it's the only way to get back safely to shore.
