I wonder if there are any British paddle clubs that might have someone with an independent review. The text looks impressive enough on the Rockpool web site and the lineage the developers/designers have in Northern Wales is probably beyond reproach. It would indeed be interesting to test the ALAW against the other top kayaks form that part of the globe, the Point 65N XP, the Valley Nordkapp, the P&H Quest and the Romany line for instance.
