[Paddlewise] new cold water brochure

Hi All,

Here is a little project that I have worked on for a really long time.

Cold water boating brochure:

I invite anyone interested to download and print this brochure for 
use with any group of boaters that need the education.

It has become clear to me that getting this information out to the 
public will only happen if we do the job. Agencies at every level 
seem unable to do more than tell folks to wear their pfds. The real 
message (do it because...) is just not getting out to the general 
public.
