In the video it looks like the one fellow on the dock walking to the 
ambulance was wearing Addidas track pants. Conditions didn't look beyond a 
paddlefloat rescue, let alone an assisted rescue.

Hey, in the old days a wayward paddler occasionally made the news on the 
radio, sometimes a short blurb in the paper; more recently a news crew might 
come down to the dock or beach - and now they have full aerial videos.
