The Kraft or Chef Boyardi (spelling?) pizza kits work fine. On shorter trips, bring the canned mixes that come with them - on longer trips, you can use the dried spagetti sauces from the supermarket. Other suggestions for amping up the taste and calories: Tinned sliced olives and mushrooms - I just carry them in the cans for shorter trips. I dry them in my food dehydrator for longer ones. Pepperoni (the snack kind in the plastic vacumn package that keeps without refrigeration. Usually sold next to the beef jerky in convenience stores.) Cheese keeps a week or more if wrapped in cheesecloth and sealed in melted parrafin (both in the canning section of your grocery store.) Grate it on for gooey goodness. Bon appetite! I'm trying to find powdered pizza crust mix for it. I've seen Jiffy Pizza Crust mentioned but can't find it or any other powdered mix here in British Columbia. Can anyone tell me where I can buy this stuff?
