I just came back from a kayak event in Parry Sound (about a 2 1/2 hour drive north of Toronto). I was surprised to see that the risk of forest fire was listed as "high." This seems a little bit nutty because this is essentially the wet season. Things typically get MORE dry as we get into July and August! Does anyone else have any unusual "dryness" reports?
