It's pretty dry when a swamp catches on fire, all right. I can think of only
one thing that was worse. The Cuyahoga River that runs through Cleveland, OH
caught fire. Twice.

It's one thing for a swamp to catch fire but when a river catches fire, I
call that "dry".
